We take great care in ensuring every piece is thoroughly checked and securely packed before dispatch. In the rare case that you receive a damaged product, we offer an exchange only if an uninterrupted unboxing video (showing all sides of the sealed package and the opening process) is provided as proof. The damage must be clearly visible in the same video.
Once the product is unboxed, any damage or issues arising after that will not be eligible, as we are not responsible for handling or storage after delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and in cases where the same item is unavailable or cannot be recreated, we will inform you accordingly.
