Refund Policy - the basics

We do not offer any refunds under any circumstances.

Replacement Policy (Damaged Products Only)

A replacement will only be provided if the product is received in a damaged condition due to transit.

Mandatory Unboxing Proof

To be eligible for a replacement, an unboxing video is strictly required. The video must:
   •    Be recorded from the beginning to the end without any cuts or edits
   •    Clearly show the sealed package before opening
   •    Capture all sides of the package
   •    Clearly display the damage to the product

No Video = No Replacement

Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Verification Process

Once the video is reviewed and approved, a replacement product will be shipped. No refunds will be issued in any case.
