In the rare case that you receive a damaged product, we offer an exchange only if an uninterrupted unboxing video (showing all sides of the sealed package and the opening process) is provided as proof. The damage must be clearly visible in the same video.

Once the product is unboxed, any damage or issues arising after that will not be eligible, as we are not responsible for handling or storage after delivery.
